Ingredients:

150g cod filler

2 tsp red pest sauce

1 lemon

200g new potatoes, boiled

30g steamed broccoli

80g sweetcorn

Method:

1. Roast the  cod fillet topped with red pesto sauce wrapped in foil with squeezed lemon juice at 180C/gas 5 for 15 minutes.

2. Serve with boiled new potatoes, steamed broccoli and sweetcorn.
