Depending on the plan you choose, you will need a mat, resistance bands and 2x 2kg dumbbells.
There are a number of ways you can stream your workouts to your TV:
Using a wire to connect What you will need: A HDMI cable Set up: Nearly all smartphones and tablets can plug into an HDMI-ready TV. One cable end plugs into your phone or tablet while the other plugs into the HDMI port on your TV. Once connected, whatever you display on your phone will also show up on your TV. Apple Airplay What you will need: Apple TV and an iOS device - compatible MacBook, iPad or iPhSet up: Ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network. If you haven’t used AirPlay in a while, its best to resync both devices. On your iOS device, swipe up from the bottom of your screen to access Control Center. For MacBooks, it is the airplay button in the control bar. Select AirPlay and select the name of the device you want to stream the workout to.
We have recipes to cater for vegetarians and vegans, and those who follow a gluten free, dairy free and nut free diet.
Once your 3 month access has ended you have the option to opt in to a £5 monthly fee too keep access to your plan. You can cancel this £5 monthly fee by contacting our support team on email@example.com
Once you have purchased your plan you will have 3 months access from the date purchased. This enables you to be flexible with your start date but to make the most out of your chosen plan and to gain optimum results, we recommend starting as soon as you can!
With our trainers offering progressions and regressions throughout their classes, all of our plans are suitable for beginners! However, if you’re new to fitness we recommend starting out with our 6 Week Blast or the 30 Day Glow Up Challenge. In the 6 Week Blast you have the choice to follow along with beginner movements performed by Amber and more advanced movements performed by Jon.
