40g oats

40g plain Greek yogurt

40ml semi-skimmed milk

1 ½ tsp ginger jam (or any jam of your choice)

1 tsp cocoa powder

½ pear


1. Grate (or mash if it's soft enough) the pear.

2. Mix all the ingredients together and leave in the fridge overnight. Keep half for another day.
