1 chicken breast, diced

1/2 small onion

1/2 tbsp curry power

1 tbsp crème fraiche

1/2 tbsp ground almond

1/2 tbsp tomato puree


1. Fry the chicken breast, ½ small onion in olive oil ‘till browned and cooked. 

2. Add the curry powder and fry for 1 min. 

3. Stir in the crème fraiche, ground almonds, ½ tbsp water and tomato puree. Leave to boil and simmer for 2–3 mins. 

4. Serve with mixed salad.
