6 Rounds is a 6 week challenge that is a perfect blend of resistance training and boxing themed workouts. The mix between resistance and HIIT training will see your burning calories, dropping fat, toning the whole body and feeling amazing! In weeks 1-3 complete the first round of workouts and then progress to the second round of workouts for weeks 4 to 6.
