This challenge is focused on stripping fat and building that perfect peachy bum! It is suited for all levels and can easily be fitted around any busy lifestyle.
Each week will provide you with a brand new, booty focused workout that you simply complete at least 3 times in that week. To get the best results from the challenge we also advise you to track your steps and aim for 10,000 steps a day.
Finally we have also included 2 fantastic BONUS workouts that will really set you on the right track. We suggest that you complete 1 of these bonus workouts, 1-2 times per week.
