
30 Day Flexx Challenge
I've worked with my hot AF team to create this 30 Day Flexx Challenge to help you level up your fitness journey! In the next 30 days we’re gonna be working out together, having fun and ultimately - looking hot AF.
These 20 minute minute workouts will have you working up a sweat and sculpting curves in all the right places. Work out 3-4 times a week and follow the order of the workouts given. Make sure to take at least 1 rest day a week. Rest days are just as important to allow your body to recover.
