This is the ultimate fitness challenge that focuses on your entire body, from head to toe. Helping you to progress and build up your fitness level whilst losing unwanted fat, having fun and ultimately getting that GLOW!
These 20 minute minute workouts will have you working up a sweat and sculpting curves in all the right places. Work out 3-4 times a week and follow the order of the workouts given. Make sure to take at least 1 rest day a week. Rest days are just as important to allow your body to recover.
